Zimbabwe and her people have the capability to rise again after a clean-up operation. Land utilization is the first point because God blessed Zimbabweans with land for all purposes. We need to let the farmers do what they know best and Preachers spread the word of wisdom, love and peace. Operation Murambatsvina ye zanu pf

Zimbabwe has now gone a full cycle of injustice, mismanagement, corruption and greed under the only government in 36 years. Many people would like to see the back of ZANU PF as soon as possible but how many people a genuinely interested in rebuilding this beautiful country. Events unfolding tend to point to the fact that majority of disgruntled individuals are more interested in top jobs while the country needs people to remove her from the socio-economic relegation zone. We need to rally behind a party which has a realistic chance of beating ZANU PF and at this stage only MDC has the arsenal to cause such a damage because the majority of opposition parties are either ineffective on the ground or ex-zanu recycled material.

Zimbabwe now needs a new government consisting of servants of the nation,  whose reward will come from the success of the turn-around program which may take years because the country has been looted to the highest degree. Regenerate Zimbabwe would like to see the formation of a new professional administrative government consisting of men and women with knowledge of arresting the current rapid economic decline, operating  independently from politicians. Talks of a grand coalition may just end as talks because everyone wants to be a leader while contributing nothing. This is the time our country needs more than Chimurenga because in 1980 ZANU PF took over a wealthy and prosperous country.

Whoever takes over in 2018 shall be faced with starvation, joblessness, empty bank accounts and a bush bookkeeping system while surrounded by a team of people working to hide the corrupt practices of their time.  Time is running out and any thoughts of a new party or people’s revolution is a dream. Allow MDC to do what they know best while we influence the acceptance of an operational and professional government to repair the damage and introduce corrective and administrative systems.

The alleged ZANU Pf internal conflict and President Mugabe’s possible health problems or age is of no benefit to the nation. What Zimbabweans need to do is to start a process of identifying men and women who will be ready to manage the country at short notice.

The international community is very important but cannot salvage the country on our behalf. Regenerate Zimbabwe and other stake holders have been engaging respectable individuals with experience and expertise to come forward and help form a government in waiting. The individuals in question includes among others, retired professionals, business practitioners and  consultants. There role is to make sure that the country is in safe hands and to develop systems and policies as well as managing expectations professionally. It is very encouraging that those approached have responded positively and are willing to take up what we refer to as mentorship positions.

Zimbabwe should not be allowed to slide backwards again hence the need for safe hands. The Zimbabwe team in question will focus on professional regeneration of our country and not involved in political activism. Zimbabwe has thousands of young professionals who stand to benefit from the experienced team whose agenda is restoring the country to her former bread-basket status and for people to do what they know best while at the same time creating wealth for all.

Zimbabwe like any other country has people from diverse background but share the pain of mismanagement of the country, resulting in numerous social problems. President Mugabe is now too old to restore the country and too weak to stop those who are worsening the down fall of the one- time bread-basket of the continent . This weakness has resulted in a situation where everyone sees an opportunity to become the next head of state.

Tens if not hundreds of parties or groups are being formed each day Some parties are purely online, others are direct on the ground and a considerable number comes in the form of a churches with a political agenda. While it is good to have more people acknowledging that the current government has failed it’s people, the  DIY approach in this fragmentation format may without doubt result in ZANU PF still remaining as the biggest party without even trying to rig results, a scenario we all do not wish to see. Dislodging zanu pf may not be as easy as it sound because of their deep-rooted investment in support structures designed to keep them in power. Many of the potential presidents at our disposal today may not even enter th kitchen because the heat is just too much and those who broke-away from major opposition to start their own now stand alone with support not even enough for one seat. So what is the solution. One of the fellow Zimbabweans termed it “Lubricating the machinery” i.e. supporting the biggest opposition party while registering the reform you require. The reforms in question relate to party and government level so that we are not consumed by excitement as was the case in 1980. The Regeneration professionals and many others outside have gained so much experience to enable a rapid turn-around of our country once a stable government is in place.

Mukuvisi River Harare; Beauty without beautiful mind

The contaminated Mukuvisi river could have been a priority project for any parks department in modern world. A lot can be done including water sports and water travel from city to townships and suburbia.

What a contrast in two images

God creates and man adds value to make life easier for all. God blessed Africa with beautiful natural resources yet man contine failing to add value. Lets rebuild our beautiful country and turn it into a paradise for future generations. Love not wars. This is the time for all of us to go to work and beautify Zimbabwe in all areas.

Look East Policy; why not look within

The cost of flying to China to sign MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) documents can be higher than providing good facilities and tools for local manufacturers to make what is truly Zimbabwean products. China is now 2nd biggest economy in the world from being one of the poorer countries, courtesy of her SMEs. Government’s role is to provide infrastructure, good laws and policies and to make sure that everyone obeys the good laws. Regenerate Zimbabwe shall not allow the so called familiarization trips abroad because they are familiar with the best already… One may argue that the cost of trade agreement trips, conferences and meetings may have contributed to the decline of the country’s economy. Our national economic plan takes into account local resource before looking outside.

Stabilizing the ship by creating our own inner waves

With the economy at the lowest level and the ruling party bus wheels seemingly coming off, Zimbabwe now needs level headedness in stabilizing the sinking ship. While some may argue that the solution is in politics, we in Regenerate Zimbabwe thinks that solution can be found elsewhere other than in political houses.

As an organization formed by people from professional background, politics is not a priority because of time. We have identified men and women of iconic and legendary stature to come and help bring sanity using skills and knowledge based on a combination of proven models in first world countries. Chimurenga war, land grab corruption and maladministration, racism and tribalism should now belong to our past history as something never to be repeated. Sometimes we need to be against opinion of the masses and develop something to benefit generations to come. The question is what value is an individual or party brings to the nation?

Volunteering for a better Zimbabwe

The biggest threat to national growth is national politicization. It may be argued that national productivity particularly in the rural areas continue going down yearly since 1980 because of what was termed mass mobilization for political rallies during working hours.

Regenerate Zimbabwe has formed a number of professional groups to work out ways to repair, restore and regenerate most key areas of our lives. This exercise is being conducted on voluntary basis and in the interest of the nation. The proven result on each enquiry is what is going to form part of the national policies. Key to the study is how we can lift ourselves to a level where we can start attracting investors.

Among designs on the table is that of a comprehensive schools in rural areas. The schools under Regenerate Zimbabwe shall be the hub of community activities including literacy, sports and recreation, health and IT. Children will no longer be travelling long distances or moving areas in search for schools and villagers themselves will be able to access basic needs at the hub. Regenerate Zimbabwe designs are with one class in mind and that is first class i.e. health, education, transport and all other services.

transport-1Zimbabwe is a landlocked country but strategically situated to become a distribution hub as well as passenger and goods interchange centre serving countries like Malawi, Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Infrastructures like good roads, rail, warehouses and efficient border post are key factors in a country’s attractiveness in addition to security, rule of law and education among others.  Zimbabwe has got so much land and room for improvement. Any major roads can be extended to add more lanes

Some people may look at this and think it’s an ambitious project but Zimbabwe cannot start a regeneration project with third world mentality. The country is a sleeping giant and one should look at Zimbabwe and compare it with developed countries like German, Japan and the United Kingdom. People in these countries are always thinking of improving all areas of life.

transport-2Regenerate Zimbabwe government shall pay attention to easy movement of goods and passengers between major cities like Johannesburg, Lusaka, Blantyre and Kinshasa. This is because we have experienced men and women with necessary qualification and desire to regenerate Zimbabwe.

zimbabwe-leadersRobert Gabriel Mugabe and the late Dr Joshua Nkomo are men who tirelessly fought to liberate the oppressed Zimbabwean majority for decades. Dr Nkomo was popularly known as “Father Zimbabwe” because of his level-headedness and big heart. Both men were highly principled and extremely patriotic. It is alleged in some circles that Dr Nkomo helped keep President Mugabe focussed and calm because he was a man of peace who understood business as well and was a great friend of the late Tiny Rowland (27 November 1917 – 25 July 1998). Mr Rowland was a British businessman and chief executive of the Lonrho conglomerate from 1962 to 1994. He gained fame from a number of high-profile takeover bids, in particular his bid to take control of Harrods.

The mandate given to these two men was to liberate the masses to allow others to take the country to a higher level like a relay. Unfortunately President Mugabe decided to go all the way and probably deprived himself of other things in life as a senior citizen. Instead he kept the baton and continue to run on his own, 35 years later still running. It may be argued that the man never de-militarised himself and as such he is still fighting anyone who appear to question his judgement. The Regenerate Zimbabwe government will make sure that the responsibility of running a country is shared by more people from one generation to another because life is a journey and a man can only do so much. We believe in the wisdom of the elders but most importantly believe in engaging men and women who can keep pace with the dynamics of life. Today anyone may claim to be the right person to be in power in Zimbabwe, but we believe that we need to produce a long list of educated and experienced people who can manage Zimbabwe.

We salute and respect the two men for playing leading roles of freeing us from oppression but we now need freedom of speech, movement, and poverty. Zimbabwe now needs leaders who are servants of the people, with good vision and defined developmental plan of action.
